Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are considered in Europe as important pillar and stabilization factor of country economy and its regions. The paper is dealing with alternative materials substituting for a biological tissue in ballistic experiment used both in our country and in the world. The paper limits to plastic characteristics alternative materials and mutual comparison to a real tissue represented by pork meat. The paper presents a theoretical - and - experimental method which we developed and designed for discovering physical and mechanical properties of alternative materials biological tissues, material resulted in a coherent methodology.

The term "sensitive information" is used in practice under the legal standards (Law standards) of the Slovak Republic and also in daily language. In the second of these cases it is often the use of the term without deeper knowledge (or without knowledge about background) respectively without deeper understanding. The author deals with the Battlegroups of the European Union as one of key tools of the European Union rapid military response. The key points from the Concept of the European Union Battlegroups are analysed as a mean for encouraging continued improvements in deployable European military capabilities. This process helps widening the scope for burden sharing between European countries. EU BG roster for the following years and possible scenarios and methods for their deployment are described.
