It can be stated, that crises in economics accompanying mankind since when the Phoenicians invented the first form of money currency. It is not possible to limit the economic crisis in one subject (company or country), in today's advanced process of globalization. This affects the entire sector of national economy, even beyond national boundaries. As significant evidence of this was just lingering world's economic and financial economic crisis. The authors are describing the evolution process of economic crisis on micro and macro level, with emphasis on tools and techniques of managing crises.

The labour describes the problems of the biological agents existence and their possible abuse in civilian aviation. Due to easy availability and modification of B-agents and their noteless use and follow-up wide killing effect is one of the most significant group of substances. The second part contains model situation of the virus variola (smallpox) extension in the terminal medium-sized international airport. Depending on the detailed properties of the virus, transport hub and expansion (the attack) is in two versions - summer and winter timetable given the expected progress of the virus extension, along with follow-arrangements.

Economic crisis has had an serious impact to the Slovak economics This impact is serious also on the regional level. This article presents (in outline), issues of road safety in Poland. Presented in terms of definitional and typological, traffic offenses, and the elements of safety hazards on the road. The whole analysis was complemented by the security situation on our roads, based on current data from police statistics.

This article describes the system of economic mobilization in health system of Slovak Republic. Economic mobilization is important for correct function of the health care in crisis situations. The crisis features are often connected with risk to peoples health and lives where the health intervention is necessary. This situations increases the demands made on usual health care. The health service shall be redy to solve them as soon as possible with use of all necessary force and means.

Protection of persons and property does not lose anything of its importance in 21st century. On the contrary, its significance increases and society strives to strengthen protection. On one side, the legislation gets stricter, on the other side technical means of persons and property protection are constantly getting improved. This article deals with issue of need for definition of critical infrastructure as part of infrastructure, destruction of which would cause serious political and economical impacts. Destruction or disablement of critical infrastructure would mean great casualties, losses on property and moral damages.
