MODEL FOR EVALUATION OF THE ASYMPTOTIC STABILITY OF THE ORGANIZATION TO BEARERS OF THREATS

A model for evaluation of the asymptotic stability of the organization in respect to the bearers of threats to it is presented in the article. It is elaborated at the basis of the chaos theory and the theory of parties concerned. The article is worked out in two sections. The concept of the model is presented in the first section. Procedure for evaluation of the asymptotic stability of the organization in respect to its bearers of threats is systematized in the second section. Possible application of the model for particular function of threat to the organization is demonstrated as well.

Bezpečnosť je vymedzená schopnosťami štátu čeliť nielen vojenskému napadnutiu, ale i nevojenským ohrozeniam. Formulovanie všeobecnej definície pojmu "bezpečnosť" je predpokladom komplexnej analýzy procesu vzniku krízových javov a vytvorenia podmienok na ich prevenciu a riešenie. O význame definície pre krízové riadenie svedčí aj fakt, že termín "bezpečnosť" sa požíva v rôznych právnych normách, zákonmi počnúc a oznámeniami rezortov končiac.

We analyse current quality of fire technics and compare the OR HaZZ Dolny Kubin technics to the technics of KP PSP Nowy Targ, Poland and to OR HZS Karvinna, Czech Republic. The final proposal of fire technics renewal is a result of the multicriteria comparing of the technics in the sites mentioned above.

The deepening of the crisis and its negative consequences are felt more and more evidently in Bulgaria. Typical for Bulgaria is that the crisis is financial and economic crisis there. The market shrinking and decrease of industry and trade have inevitably resulted in delay of investments and foreign capital flows in the country. Crisis in Bulgaria came later, suggesting and its later recovery. The Bulgarian economy is a strong correlation with Europe and the sooner the recovery started in the EU, the smaller will be the risks to our country.
