DOPAD NEGATIVNÍCH JEVŮ NA PSYCHIKU CESTUJÍCÍCH V OSOBNÍ LETECKÉ DOPRAVĚ

The content of this article is the issue of the impact of terrorist attacks on the psyche of air passengers. The timeliness of this work is based on the psychological impact of terrorist attacks on passengers of air transport in today's atmosphere of frequent terrorist attacks. The theoretical part deals with the psychological impacts on passengers, which acts before a traumatic event and the psychologics impacts which acts after a traumatic event. Further it deals with terrorism as such, as well as a list of several terrorist attacks in connection with air transport. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which will be carried out exploratory research and the analysis and evaluation of the results obtained using non-standardized anonymous questionnaire. In the practical part in the discussion will be compared our results from the research results of other authors who are preoccupied with a similar theme.
