MINIMALIZACE RIZIK A PROCES ŘÍZENÍ RIZIK STAVEBNÍHO PROJEKTU

The minimalization of risks and the risk management process is applied to carry out the construction project fall within the initial stages of crisis management. Most often, organizations minimalizate risk through the purchase of insurance against risk. The creation of reserves and reserves for organizations are eq ually important; they don't create reserves following the law. The article outlined the six stages of the risk management process. The example of the implementation of a construction project is given in three phases, the most important of which is which to first identify the risk. Then it's necessary analyze and evaluate risk. The task of crisis management is to identify risks in the beginning and as soon as it minimalizate or discard it.
