This article is focused on the problematic of international migration and its relation to the crisis management. At the beginning there are some reflections about globalization and its impact to the increasing of disparities in social and economic development as a key factor of migrative moves. The authors` attention is concentrated to the Push and Pull factors theory. Next there are mentioned some myths about the migration. In further text authors describe the causes and the impacts of international migration. Text is focused to the multilevel character of international migration. Next authors depict on selected population projections and the other statistics the real need and the risk of migration processes among the selected world regions. They accent the need of keeping the cultural and social compatibility of the migrants and the major societies in the countries of destination. At the end Authors try to define the relation among the international migration, its causes and impacts and crisis management and migration management.
