THEORETICAL BASIS OF THE SECURITY SITUATION PREDICTION IN A CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Solution of elements and objects of critical infrastructure safety is determined by the ability to predict developments in the relevant security environment.
Prediction of the security situation in the security environment requires created the vision of the future, its development depending on the changes of the factors of the security situation. The future status of the security situation are not uniquely hard determined, is not predestined. The future situation can be considered uncertainly, in many variants. The reliability of prediction is affected by the complexity of environment, entropy of information's and by other risks, which cannot be clearly identified.
