RISKS OF ACCIDENTAL LOCATIONS IDENTIFICATION BY THE CEA AND CBA TOOL

This article is about complicated problems which solve accident spots, their identification and risks of security measures. The conclusion presents a possible proposal of the methodology, solving eliminating possibilities of accidents spots and evaluation of effectiveness of measures with CEA and CBA tools.
