ŠPECIFIKÁ MANAŽÉRSTVA KRÍZOVÝCH SITUÁCIÍ

This article is aimed on solving of crisis situation, which belong to categorie of Emergency Management. The main effort was put on specifications of limited decision making process (DMP), elements of crisis situation, evaluation of operation and advantages and disadvantages of limited DMP. The main purpose of article is to make clear problematic issues of emergency management, discuss about main differences and posibilities of elimination of negative factors on final result of operation.
