RIEŠENIE ÚLOHY BEZPEČNOSTI ŠTÁTU AKO KONEČNEJ MNOŽINY SUBJEKTOV OCHRANY A OBRANY

This article introduces a new definition of security, which is first being described as an end-state, and later on as a process. The first part of the article is dedicated to the theory of security of one subject of protection, and the second part deals with security of a group of subjects of protection such as a state for example. The third part of the article elaborates on the role of security, and describes its space and methodology for one, and later on, for a group of subject of protection. In conclusion, the article calls for academic community and security institutions to cooperate together when solving the issue of security on a state level. Only this will enable us to form and develop this subject as a new scientific program, with its own methodology, and terminology.
