The article is concerned ideas about relations of management and crisis, reveal on a changes security situation in world. Present of the reader reflection about possibilities precedening crisis, of Crisis Literacy of Managers and the theory of Continuity Crisis Management. Characterized crowd times of the present time and describes whole member of threats and crises factors that cause this turbulence. It points at possible walls of diversity of present and future threats, necessary change of starting points, predicts and ways of thinking, if should our firms (organizations and institutions), also single members of society in the environment of globalizating hypercompetition, in the unditiens of globalizating security and economic crisis events, rise of discontinuum, chaos and paradoxe sof postindustrial world survive and prosper.
