Fire protection measures have their economic dimensions. Application of investments into fire protection measures should be justified. - by economic effectiveness also. There are different methods that quantify economic effectiveness of investments. In the paper is presented model applied for quantification of fire protection measures. At conclusion it is dealt with advantages, disadvantages of the presented model and its constraints that are linked mainly to acceptability of empirical data.

Article provides basic information about electric vehicles in relation to the implementation of the rescue efforts of fire units. It includes an overview of the current status of electric vehicles across the road, carrying out relief work in emergencies, as well as the safety of fire brigades. The article concludes with the procedures outlined fire brigades in carrying out rescue in direct connection with the new technology in the context of electric vehicles. Following are examples of the most frequently occurring placing batteries and universal measures for fire safety in the context of electric vehicles.

The aim of the presented paper is to propose a method of estimating the damage by fire on building in regard to legal regulations. The paper is divided into two chapters. The first one pursues the terms building, the value of the building and calculation of the value of the building. The second chapter discusses the damages caused by emergency incident and the adjusted calcul for evaluation of the damages on buildings. In conclusion the positives and negatives of the adjusted method are discussed.

The article discusses the importance and principles of humanitarian assistance provided by the Czech Republic beneficiaries abroad. It also covers humanitarian aid in the Czech Republic. Also deals with some important legislation, logistical support and resources to security-related humanitarian assistance. In conclusion, the article cites specific expenses that the Czech Republic provided humanitarian aid to foreign recipients between 2011 and 2015.

Every enterprise operates in specific circumstances and a particular market, and any potential crisis is too individual a matter to be framed into a predetermined description. For that reason, each company should develop its own modus operandi for the times of crisis. It is up to the crisis managers to determine whether the company is already in a state of crisis and whether contingency measures should be implemented. The most common mistake when formulating crisis plans is the perception that severe crises occur very rarely.
