Lucia FIGULI, Zuzana ZVAKOVÁ, Štefan JANGL, Vladimír KAVICKÝ
Krízový Manažment 2016, 15(1):15-19 | DOI: 10.26552/krm.C.2016.1.15-19
The purpose of the paper is to investigate the influence of geometry of charges on the propagation of blast waves. Various shapes charges (cylinder, sphere, irregular shape) such as various type of explosives were used in the field tests. The main type of explosive, homemade ANFO (Ammonium nitrate + fuel oil), was used as the most common used explosives in improvised explosive devices used in terrorist attacks. Characteristics of homemade and industrially made ANFO explosives are different. There were comparing charges of various type of industrially produced types of explosives and homemade explosive in the field tests. The blast wave propagation...
RISK ANALYZES FOR DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF SANCTIONS BY CONTROLLING OF EXTINGUISHER EQUIPMENT IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
Stanislava GAŠPERCOVÁ, Linda MAKOVICKÁ OSVALDOVÁ
Krízový Manažment 2016, 15(1):20-25 | DOI: 10.26552/krm.C.2016.1.20-25
The paper deals with the security of residential buildings in terms of fire protection. It focuses on comparison of theoretical and actual conditions of the state fire facilities. Provides guidance to effectively evaluate the quality and technical condition of fire equipment selected by risk analysis methods. In addition, by comparing the theoretical and actual state fire-fighting system provides maximum penalties for failure to comply with the minimum requirements of the applicable legal conditions.

The emissions of combustion are generated each time the fire, according to the different types of flammable materials and substances present in various building structures, building areas according to the categorization of buildings. The type and amount of emissions of combustion depends on a number of factors, in which the fire takes place. The aim of this paper is to assess the environmental risks arising from emissions of burning concrete combustible materials in fires within the categorization of buildings with negative effects on the environment in Slovakia. The subject of risk assessment for the environment is to assess the relationships based...
