FLAMMABILITY CELLULOSIC SUBSTANCES AFFECTED BY THE TYPE OF BLEACHING AGENT

The article is focused on the determination and comparison of fire point and flash point cellulosic materials using ISO 871 Plastics. Determination of ignition temperature using a hot-air furnace.Based on the experimental results The flash points and the points of ignition samples of tissue products produced using the enzymatic method of bleaching have lower values than the sample tissue products bleached the aid of hydrogen peroxide. The use of the enzymatic method of bleaching (enzyme) pulping compared to a peroxide bleaching method (hydrogen peroxide) reduce the flammability of tissue paper and the final tissue product.Experimental investigation...

The paper is dealing with alternative materials substituting for a biological tissue in ballistic experiment used both in our country and in the world. The paper limits to plastic characteristics alternative materials and mutual comparison to a real tissue represented by pork meat. The paper presents a theoretical - and - experimental method which we developed and designed for discovering physical and mechanical properties of alternative materials biological tissues, material resulted in a coherent methodology.
BREAKTHROUGH RESISTANCE STORAGE UNITS

In the paper there is shown the actual condition of the mechanical barriers breakthrough resistance assessment and the investigation, especially secure storage units. The testing possibilities of the breakthrough resistance these units are described. The paper presents the results of scientific research at the Department of Security Management. The identified parameters of the breakthrough resistance according to the standard EN 1143-1are reported. Tests of the different materials sheets, the design of the secure storage unit were taken place in Koval Systems, a.s. in Beluša. The secure storage unit fulfills the parameters for the second security class.

The paper deals with risks for fires in the wood processing industry and management intervention in the fire hall which contained carpentry in a former agricultural cooperative Hosts, in the cadastral territory of Hosts, in the district of Zlaté Moravce fire that took place 16.12.2013. It also deals with a fire and the deployment of forces and means necessary for its disposal.

In the article we introduce a ways of prevention funding of emergency events within the system of crisis management. At these days prevails the state budget funding, in this article are introduced the other ways of funding. According to the divide of the World Bank are financing tool for crisis management divided into ex ante and ex post instruments. Ex ante financial instruments are currently in a world very accentuated in our latitudes are almost unused. For financial instruments ex post deals mainly with European funds because it represents a relatively available option to increase the resistance of the Slovak Republic at a low cost to the state budget.

Overall, these companies increase employment in their region and in the country. Small and medium enterprises improve economic indicators. On the business of small and medium enterprises are influenced by several internal and external factors. Entrepreneurs solve many barriers and problems. Paper identifies barriers in the beginning of business through method of mind mapping.

The Slovak Republic contributes to peacekeeping and strengthens the global security through taking part in several peace support operations. The activities and tasks done by the armed forces members in the given places are conditioned by the training and the quality of that is influenced to some extend by the amount of financial sources for the ministry of defence. The article is about the financial but also about the other conditions of preparation and deputing of armed forces members which are consequently compared together in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

The presented article describes criteria used to determine the elements of critical infrastructure under the laws of the Czech Republic, selected EU countries and the EU itself. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis and evaluation of criteria which are used to determine the critical infrastructure element including the consideration of their meaningful definition. The main part of the article is devoted to the proposal criteria of impact, which was used in the project "Definition of criteria and their implementation in de termining the criticality of the elements of the transport infrastructure".

Level of awareness of providing first aid is important in the lay public, hence in the Roma community. The survey confirmed the deficiencies in the study area in the gender gap, but also interested in gaining knowledge in research problems. Necessary is to accept the specifics of the Roma ethnic group. Contribution to improving the situation found would be educational effect on the Roma community intervention SRC and implementation of projects of European structural funds.
