Fire in a high capacity storage tanks is potential threat, which is more important with global terrorism appearance. Due to radiating heat during fire is legitimate to provide tactical practicing on high capacity storage tanks. This article is written to point out to temperature in save distance area to the possibility to shift of fire on near storage tanks due to enormous radiating heat transfer. It is important to show picture of high capacity storage tank fire for the firemen. During the training is distance of mobile monitoring system devices from the location of fire lower then is calculate distance.

Organisation of social protection of the population affected by the crisis situation in the Slovak Republic is aimed at creating conditions for the involvement of people in everyday life. Effective tool for fulfilling this role is focussed Center of Social Security.
