The presented thesis deals with the issue of psychology of the crowd, namely spectator violence at the stadiums from the viewpoint of crisis management. The aim of the thesis is to provide a holistic view of the issue of the control of spectator violence in sporting events in the context of crisis management. The work is focused on motivation identification to sympathize with groups such as ultras, hooligans and rowdies. Further it aims to map the reasons for sporting events, the state of safety in sports stadia, and finding out about the possibilities to handle extraordinary events related to spectator violence. In the research part there are clearly defined goals and hypotheses and subsequently elucidated methods and sample research. Empirical research aimed to find out what kind of a football spectator the respondents think they are, and whether they agree with the claim that the hooligans belong to the sporting events. Find out whether viewers use the crowd's anonymity to relax their emotions, or to find out the feeling or level of security and the awareness of the audience about the activities of the ultras, hooligans and rowdies. The resulting data is readily processed and displayed with graphs after thorough analysis. In the discussion we compare the results obtained with other results of other authors, which do not differ significantly from the results of other research carried out. In conclusion, there is a summary of the results and objectives of the work, and also the recommendation for practice.
