BLACK AND WHITE VIEW OF CONFLICTS - IMPACT OF PROPAGANDA ON CIVILIANS

This paper is interested in propaganda and its impact on civilians primarily during conflicts. To look at the propaganda in the context of the Ukrainian war is the main goal of this paper. Propaganda is one of the important part of not only every war but every conflict. It is non-lethal weapon of the enemies and the civilians are usually the strongly targeted by propaganda. Their protection against propaganda is important as their protection against classical lethal weapons. Especially nowadays, medias and internet play more and more important role in the enlarging of the propaganda. Question of the protection of the civilians is very important for the crisis management. Nevertheless, really successful protection against the propaganda (especially nowadays) is possible in the long term horizon, only. This paper tries to describe the most important aspects of the nowadays propaganda and show the possibilities of the protection against it.
