MAINTENANCE COSTS PLANNING FOR CZECH REPUBLIC ARMY CRISIS INFRASTRUCTURE

Army has irreplaceable position in a crisis management of the Czech Republic. Army also owns a real estates usable in a crisis situations to fulfil various army related tasks. It is necessary to maintain these properties in perfect conditions. Recently there is no system to specify Army buildings maintenance costs. That is why the goal to propose easy method to create long-term financial plan for maintenance of buildings including crisis infrastructure objects was set. The plan is created using common software and internet sources. With the financial plan it is possible to calculate the costs of maintenance work on buildings in given time interval. System for suitable maintenance cost indexing for crisis infrastructure objects was also designed.
