RISK ANALYZES FOR DETERMINING THE LEVEL OF SANCTIONS BY CONTROLLING OF EXTINGUISHER EQUIPMENT IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

The paper deals with the security of residential buildings in terms of fire protection. It focuses on comparison of theoretical and actual conditions of the state fire facilities. Provides guidance to effectively evaluate the quality and technical condition of fire equipment selected by risk analysis methods. In addition, by comparing the theoretical and actual state fire-fighting system provides maximum penalties for failure to comply with the minimum requirements of the applicable legal conditions.
