MODEL OF CONTROLING ACTIVITIES IN THE FRAME OF ENTERPRISE EARLY WARNING SYSTEM

Early warning system creates a space for applying of controlling processes in the operation of the company. Controlling should be especially part of strategic management. Controlling within the early warning system should be able sufficiently in advance to ensure company's ability to respond to possible future situations and eliminate or reduce negative consequences of risky situations, especially related to its existence. This role may be filled mainly by comparing the reality with the operative plan within the operative controlling and by identifying changes that are requiring a subsequent correction of strategy in the frame of strategic controlling. The aim of this paper is to create a model of controlling activities in the frame of enterprise early warning system.
