RIZIKÁ VZNIKU DIGITÁLNEJ PRIEPASTI (DIGITAL DIVIDE)

This article describes the most important factors that divide the information society to the people with access to digital and information technology and people with very limited or no access at all. It includes the unbalances in physical access to technology as well as the unbalances in resources and skills needed to effectively participate as a digital citizen. This problem is called "digital divide" which defines this gap between members of society.
