EKONOMICKÉ ZABEZPEČENIE OBRANY A BEZPEČNOSTI ŠTÁTU A VOJENSKÉ VÝDAVKY V ČASE GLOBALIZÁCIE A HOSPODÁRSKEJ KRÍZY

A defense of national security, independence and sovereignty of the state together with a defense of citizen's lives and properties belong to fundamental roles, which every state has to fulfill. In order to accomplish these tasks of critical importance, the government of the state has to invest part of its human, material and financial resources into its defense. How big amount of its limited and precious resources the state invests into the defense is under influence of many various factors. The most important of them is an economy.
